Brian Wagner, M.A.
Managing Partner

Brian brings a unique perspective to combine real estate development, green building and community development. Prior to relocating to Panama, Brian managed multi-million dollar property developments in Seattle, Washington and worked for several DC-based international development organizations specializing in social marketing, small business financing and social development. He owns and continues to manage residential properties in Washington, DC.
Brian holds a Masters degree in international development and business from George Washington University. He served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Paraguay from 1995 to 1998, helping small farmers establish a savings and loan/marketing cooperative. He sits on the Board of Directors of Boca Brava Developments in Panama, and Wagner Asset Group in Seattle, Washington. He is a member of the Panama Broker's Association(ACOBIR) and volunteers for Esperanza, a non-profit neighborhood gang and community integration project. Brian currently lives in Panama City.
Richard Wagner, P.E.

Rich has over forty years experience as a consulting engineer, real estate developer and property manager. He is a licensed professional engineer (P.E.), general contractor and real estate broker in the state of Washington. As a consultant for twenty years with CH2M Hill, a major international engineering firm, Rich performed economic and planning studies, retail rate studies, and facility designs for utility systems across the United States.
Since 1985, Wagner Management Corporation, under Rich’s direction as president, has designed and built many small and large apartment, condominium, mixed-use and commercial buildings in the western United States. He was a Peace Corps volunteer in Brazil in 1966 to 1968 where he established an electrical cooperative and power service to rural areas. Rich resides in Seattle, Washington and serves on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations and residential condominium developments. Rich holds a BS in Engineering from Berkeley.

Lourdes has over 20 years sales and marketing experience specializing in affordable housing projects. She is an industry expert in financing options for low income applicants and has extensive network with local government and private banks.
Lourdes oversees all sales and marketing for BASIS in Panama. She manages the escrow process with the local banks, public registry, tax assessors and clients.

Cesar Marin is a Canadian and Panamanian citizen who for the past 7 years has brought his cultural and sales experiences to Panama. The experiences in diverse cultures and the passion for sales have driven him to be part of exiting sales teams across many industries from Dell Canada to high end real state firms like Panama Sotheby´s International Realty. Today Basis International it´s where he excels and successfully helps clients throughout the buying process in Panama City. Did we mention he speak English, Spanish and moderately French?
